Two London-based specialist tutors were seeking to expand the coverage of their existing extra-mural coaching activities by joining forces to run an evening academy coaching parallel classes of pupils in complementary skills.
Using a workshop structured around its AOTRA® framework, Guildhall helped them to further develop their strategy and to map out an operational framework to support their activities within already demanding career and family commitments. The framework was also of value in providing a tool to anticipate and resolve issues as their activity built-up.
