Guildhall was engaged to work with the treasury and group risk management teams on an enterprise-wide review of the financial and operational risks inherent in the business model of the company, and the related risk management and corporate governance frameworks.
We developed an overall framework linking risk to production, profitability, cash flow and funding. This included the development of a simulation model to produce forward looking confidence intervals for corporate cash flow under various risk strategies.
