Guildhall designed and ran a bespoke two day workshop for sales, trading, risk management, operations and finance personnel covering the inter-departmental benefits of a middle-office to support the dealing activities of the bank.
Delivery was via a combination of case studies, exercises and a computer-aided asset and liability management simulation.
The workshop was held in Frankfurt and attended by delegates from head office and the London branch of the bank.
