Guildhall conducted a series of workshops for the board of a niche consultancy firm during the run up to a management buy-out of the company from its corporate majority shareholder.
The workshops, conducted using Guildhall's proprietary AOTRA® framework, explored and sought resolutions to a range of issues that management believed the firm would encounter post the buy-out.
