Guildhall was engaged to assist the Group Risk Analysis & Policy unit at the Barclays head office in London with the design of an approach to risk assessment within in the Barclays strategic planning process based on the Marakon Associates' 'managing for value' framework.
The original project was extended to permit integration of its outputs with the new corporate governance framework then also under development in the unit.
