Craig is the founder and managing director of Guildhall Corporate Advisers. He assists clients of the firm in matters relating to strategic management and dispute resolution.

Past roles have included senior front office and risk control positions at the Continental Illinois, Bank of America, S.G. Warburg, Mitsubishi Bank and Gulf International Bank groups. Prior to his move to the financial sector he worked as an account executive for the London operations of US technology firm Comshare Inc.

Craig is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment; holds the Institute of Directors' Diploma in Company Direction; and is accredited as an expert witness, commercial mediator, arbitrator and expert determiner. He has university degrees in mathematics and statistics (University of Sussex), mathematical statistics (University of Cambridge), and international commercial arbitration (Queen Mary, University of London).
